३. आग्नेय ( दक्षिण - पूर्व ) :-
वास्तु शास्त्र के अनुसार यह अग्नि स्थान है..... इस दिशा के गृह शुक्र है, जो ( असुरो के )गुरु भी माने जाते है, इस स्थान में यदि हम अग्नि से बिपरीत जल स्थान बनते है, तो सबसे बड़ा दोष माना जाता है......

*दोष निदान*

सरवप्रथम तो यह जान ले, कि यदि कोई दोष हो तो उसका निदान सिर्फ ओर सिर्फ उस को हटाना है..... पर चूँकि आजके समय यह हम सबके बस में नहीं होता... क्योंकि जयदातर सहरी निवाशी फ्लैट में रहते है और कुछ जगह न्यायिक विषंगतियां भी होती है .. पर फिर भी श्रेस्ठ यही है कि आप उन दोषो को हटाये या जगह बदल ले.... यदि नहीं कर रहे हों, तो ज्यादा से ज्यादा बदलाव ला कर यह आजमाएं

२. पूर्व मध्य :-
शास्त्रो के अनुसार इस दिशा के दिक्पाल स्वयं देवतावों के राजा इंद्र है, जिनका अस्त्र वज्र है, ग्रह समस्त पृथ्वी के जीवन का श्रोत सूर्य है..... आप इनका पूजन करें तथा यहाँ जल स्थान बनवाएं और घर कि इस दीवाल में बड़ी बड़ी ज्यादा खिड़किया लगवाये ..... यहाँ भी एक दूधिया बल्ब मैंने बहुत सी जगह लगवा कर अच्छे परिणाम देखे है .... इस दीवाल पर एक चांदी कि ९ इंच गोल वाली सूर्य प्रतिमा लाल रंग ( या उसके आसपास का ) करवा कर दीवाल में टांगे तथा कोशिश करें कि परिवार के सभी सदश्य रोज उसका मानसिक पूजन करें .....

३. आग्नेय ( दक्षिण - पूर्व ) :-

5. अष्टमस्थ शुक्र पर गुरु की दृष्टि हो तो व्यक्ति मृत्यु के बाद वैश्य (बनिया) कुल में जन्म लेता है.

6. अष्टम भाव पर मंगल और शनि, इन दोनों ग्रहों की पूर्ण दृष्टि हो तो जातक की अकाल मृत्यु होती है.

Everyone is curious to know, what I will get when a planet moves or change its sign. What I observe uptill now, the placement of a planet in your horoscope is  a store house or warehouse of result, which is promised and you will get it in your life time. Now the important thing to note is, how much result a native will get out of this promised result or from store house or warehouse, this is directly linked to the Gochar. Because, if the planet is very strong (exalted, retro, or having other strength in varga and shadbal etc) but the movement or placement in Gochar is not much favorable then you will not get the desired result.

For example, if someone has abundant money and he can purchase as many Cars as he desires, but the circumstances never allowed him to purchase more than one car in his life time. Here the said circumstances which put a bar is the Gochar, which is very important to take into consideration.
 
Further, to know the quantity of result from a planet, Dasha Antardasha have also to be linked with Gochar, because without linking dasha, the quantity of result cannot be known.

What is Dasha antardasha: I try to narrate it through an easy example as to why this is important to link with Gochar and placement of a planet in horoscope: Suppose, there is a post of Chairman, here that post which to be occupied is the native and the chairmane is  Maha Dasha Lord, which is to be occupied by 9 people through rotation after every 6 month and there are other posts of members (Antar Dasha Lord).

Here, the native is to be controled by the MahaDasha Lord during its tenure and other members will also have some say or veto or majority rights as per placement in Kundli or linkeage to any particular house.

Currently "A" is the Chairman and enjoying every right linked to that post, and "B" wants that A should allocate some funds for the development of administrative building of the office, but A being the Chairman refuses to the proposal of B and said that you do it when you become Chairman, and I will not allow this during my tenure.

Here A being chairman is acting as Mahadasha Lord and B is a different planet of gochar. Further, you will have to take into consideration, whether A and B are friend, enemy or neutral to each other. Because, if A and B are friend, then A may do many things during his tenure as proposed by B, but if both are enemy of each other, then one will not allow to work other.

This is to be applied vice versa, A has already refused the proposal of B, and if A need any vote in his favour for approving any big proposal, then B will not cast his vote in favour of A and will try to create hindrance for A to Act independently. Or you can say that when Antardasah of B will come, then B will not allow A to work smoothly as per its own desire.
