If debilitated planets are posited in 3rd and 6th house (or) 3rd and 6th lords both are debilitated in natal chart, then the native will not have any expenditure/loss through spouse.
If exalted planets are posited in 3rd and 6th house (or) 3rd and 6th lords both are exalted in natal chart, then the native will have heavy expenditure/loss through spouse.
